turbo gauge is flashing the word - Turbo and the red bars at the end are flashin

Please, any advice greatly appreciated as I'm struggling on what this could be? The bike starts well however, the turbo gauge is flashing the word - Turbo and the red bars at the end of the turbo gauge are flashing too???
