Dash board removal

My tacho make that horrible noise and a bit of lubricant and keeping the nut loose didn't fix it,  so now I'm pulling it all apart, but how. Is there any information I can get how to. I may be able to get a spare dash with a broken plexiglass but to change it over I need to remove the trip counter resetting shaft, which is a problem. Can some tell me where to find the info. Otherwise Merry Christmas to all.

I have removed the front perspex cover on a 650E dash with a view to getting replacement ones injection molded.

The knob for the trip counter reset has a tiny Philips head screw holding it on . It may come out but here in NZ they are all as rusty as something really rusty so getting that out is difficult.

I have a spare tacho if you need to replace yours .

I tried the little screw but no go. I'll see if I can fix the tacho, but good to know thank you.
