Thermo Fan Switch CX500 Turbo and CX650

If you need to replace the radiator thermo fan switch you can use either of the following parts. Typically they are not in stock at automotive parts stores but they can be ordered and supplied within a day or two. These were used in Honda Civics and Nissan 120Y’s in the early 1980’s.

Tridon TFS131
Fuelmiser CFS12

Both of these switches are for 90 degrees Celsius on and 85 degrees Celsius off which is a close match to the original switch as fitted by Honda.

The cost in 2020 is around $50 ($180 for original Honda part if you can find one)
