Registration form for 2012 Rally

Hi Folks,

Attached to this message is the registration form for the 2012 Australian CX500 & CX650 Rally.

As with previous events you may provide some or all of your own meals and/or register for catered meals.

All catered meals offered this year will be provided by Heritage Park - the event organisers will not be catering for anything other than tea/coffee.

Please note that registrations close on 30 March - if you register after this date there is no guarantee that catered meals can be provided.

I'd be bringing all my own food, so does this mean I could register after that date?  I ask as I'm not sure whether it'll be a go ahead for this year.  it will depend on uni and work of course.

Hi Staffy,

Even participants who will be self catering need to register by 30 March so that I can finalise other preparations. 

The weekend after registrations close, which also happens to be the weekend before the rally, is Easter and I already have commitments that weekend - I really want to have as much rally stuff as possible finalised the same weekend registrations close.

This is quite near Bathurst Airport, so the Wasp will be able to land after a dazzling run.

Good thing there is also a lot of wide open space nearby (just in case you run out of fuel and need to make an emergency landing)

PLEASE NOTE You need to book your own accomodation with Heritage Hills by contacting them by one of the means below.

We have been dealing with Jillian Anderson who is the Bookings and Functions co-ordinator. Let them know you are with the CX/GL 500 group when you book.

The types of accomodation and prices quoted are as follows,

Camping - $20.00 per person per night
Unit or Dorm Accommodation - $40.00 per person per night
