Kathy & other moderators,

over the last few days, the function of the button "Mark all messages as read" does not appear to work.

My internet link just keeps trying before timing out on this function only.

Is this still a problem for you Harold?  I have had to use this feature a bit lately (regrettably) and it works too well on this computer.

Hi Harold,

I don't use this feature so I am not aware of how quickly it normally responds.

Are you able to provide any more information?  For example, what web browser are you using?, have you tried using this feature when you are logged in from another computer?, have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or deleting the cookies that relate to this website?

if you have to explain it they won't understand anyway!!

Thanks Kathy

I normally use Firefox Mozilla unless I have to access some MS sites

I found that there was a huge build up of cookies, since deleting those everything is fine again.
