Hey folks.

A ray of hope on eBay! I recently picked up a pair of Kevlar jeans. Well made, heavy denim, Kevlar where it counts, Aussie made. "Buy it now" price $130 - they even come with CE armour you can put into inner pockets in the knees. I bought size 34 (the size I've been for years) and the pair that arrived was a bit snug. They swapped 'em over, no hassle for 36's. Fast delivery, too. The bloke in charge of things at Xtreme Design Clothing is Reece. Here's a link;

...and no, I don't get kick backs! It's just that for once in my life I've been impressed by the product and the service. $200+ for Draggins? Um...no thanks!

Cheers,

Blue

Blue, Thanks for the info. I have been considering getting some of these and this may be the place to part with my cash. Seagrass

No worries Seagrass.

I meant to buy myself a pair of Draggins ages ago, but apart from the steep price...they just look naff! I mean, I'm no male model, but the Draggin stuff always just seemed to look even more unfashionable than I'm prepared to tolerate.

I just wanted something that looks like a good, sturdy pair of jeans.

These are great, and comfy, too. Just watch the sizing - they seem to be about one size smaller than standard...

Cheers!

Here is another on ebay which I have just bought and they are great. Made by Starider in Melbourne. These jeans are not patched with Kevlar but are fully lined with Kevlar so great protection. Web site = www.starider.com.au. At $125 a pair what a bargain.
